  1. August 10, 2002 Meeting
    Board members were selected: Bill Smith, Holly Camero, Terry Urbanczyk, Terry Jaroszewski, Penny Solis, Tom Anderson, and Bill Waldron.
    Lisa Cavern assumed editor of Newsletter and new membership form.
    We renewed our membership to Texans for State Parks.
    Committees were formed for: membership, education, publicity, and fundraising.
  2. September 2002
    The following board members were elected to serve one year terms. Tom Anderson, Bill Smith, Holly Camero, Terry Urbanczyk, Terry Jaroszewski, and Bill Waldron, and Penny Solis.
    Officers for 2002-2003 were elected. Tom Anderson-President, Bill Waldron- Vice-President, Terry Jaroszewski-Treasurer, Penny Solis-Secretary.
    Membership meeting at Amphitheater Sept. 19.
  3. October 2002
    Penny Solis resigned as a board member and Secretary
    We assisted with Lone Star Legacy Weekend at the park
    We had a Halloween Party for the community.
    We do the Sat. morning walks
    3rd Grade Program partnership with North East ISD for 620 students.

    Saturday Morning Walks
    Approved $750.00 for construction of 2 Kiosks at bathroom camping area.
